I have no concern about the product but i have much concern about the website/app that is build by amazon which was quite misleading.It is mentioned that we will get 1+2 Filter Cartridge (3 In total) in the website/app but a received 2 as per box contents of Eureka Forbes,then they said that they will replace it with a pack of 3 cartridges but I still go a pack of 2 cartridges only.So,I would say its a bit misleading to tell customer something and give something else.

Worst product i have ever purchased in my lifeI bought it on 3 aug 2017 from then till today 6 oct 2017 i have changed 6 cartridges and now even putting a new cartridge it takes 14hrs to filter 8L water.

Its a worst product. Water is not filtering properly its taking more than one day to filter a 10ltr of water and its stopped filtering now. I given a complaint to the service center, authorized person came he have no idea about non electric water filters and he spoiled the bulb. This is the worst worst product don't buy..
Excellent Water Dispenser

A very good looking and handy water dispenser with an added functionality of a filter, even though the filter is just a basic one. I personally chose a passive filter without any electronics or chemicals as I have no faith in them and this seems to be doing the job just right. Claim of 20lts is a sham, the actual dispenser is divided into 2 parts, the lower can hold 9lts and the upper 8lts, with a combined capacity of 17lts, no where close to the claimed 20lts!!! Water does not leak from the seam when filled to the brim, as I had feared for the same before the purchase. Takes about 1 hr to filter 8lts, which flows from the top to the bottom can. Feels very good to operate the tap with perfect touch and feedback. Material used looks strong and of good quality. Dispenser just about fits in corners without any issues with little space. An additional cartridge/filter is also provided with the package for future use/replacement. Installation was easy and requires just basic common sense. Happy with the purchase.

By far a better manual purifier among the available one’s in the market. Easy to clean. Slimand occupies one corner of the kitchen. But stickers on the filters and other parts are not easily removable and leaves the glue stains on the plastic of inside filters. Lacks indication of filter replacement. Have been using this product for over 5 years now but auto shut featurenever worked for me. I just therefore do the calculcations manually. Otherwise it still is better than other purifiers like HUL, etc. as water never leaks even if you leave both top and bottom compartments filled with water. Ordered one and returned that since there were cuts on the bottom compartment. Then placed a new order again and the new one is delivered fine.
